Lanvin drops another great set of sneakers for SS 2010. Though both styles follow a similiar outline in terms of high, midsole, and toe, the overall make up is quite different. As you can see, one sneaker is done an a washed out green leather with ridged details and a monochrome sole, while the other features a brown leather/indigo canvas upper with hiking loops and the traditional white/grey Lanvin sole. colette has stock if you’re interested.
Yuketen presents as part of their Spring/Summer 2010 Collection the Surfer Moc. The shoe is basically a multicolor version of the classic boat shoe. While most of the upper is white, they play with different colors on the panels. The shoe is now available at colette.

MEDICOM TOY and Star Wars are back again with a bigger figure that will make any Star Wars fan excited. The C-3PO may not be the most famous of the Star Wars series however the human like robot is characteristic with his personality and unique walking style. So to honor this memorable golden robot, MEDICOM TOY have produced a 400% version with great attention to detail and realistic construction.
From the face to the body the molding is made precisely giving the figure a life and it looks as though it may just start to walk and come alive. The golden complexion is recreated well mimicking the original character with multi colored wires showing around the waist region. Collectors should definitely look out for this one as it is scheduled to release around late August 2010.
According to Supra, there will be three models in the Spring 2010 Supra NS line-up. While we had already previewed the low-top Assault which comes in a rather striking and happy navy gingham, next up is the hi-top Cuttler which should make Supra purists who love the label’s iconic Skytop quite happy. The Cuttler feature an equally impressive hi-top and oversize tongue which gives off that tough, nonchalant vibe when unlaced. The soles on the Cuttler is thinner and hence gives the masculine Supra silhouette a sleeker, urban appearance. The Cuttler comes in two colorways, a Black Leather with white soles and a cooler Grey Canvas with a tonal grey sole. The leather will bode well with a rocker-attitude and the canvas is quite fitting for the tough urban bohemian. Both are set to ship on March 1, so stay tuned for fresh Supra NS models to hit stores!
KIKS TYO worked with sneaker customizer and artist JOR on a custom designed Kiks Junkie Pattern at the start of the Spring/Summer 2010 collection and KIKS TYO have used this pattern again now for a range of skins by Music Skins.
The skins are made for the most used gadgets these days and covers Apple iPhone (2G, 3G, S), iPod Classic, notebooks (12″, 13″, 14″, 15″ and 17″ sizes)and Sony PSP Slim. Medicom Toy tries their hand at MMA (or is it boxing? maybe wrestling? whatever), aligning with Italian design house Tokidoki on the “Fighter” Be@rbrick pictured above. Scheduled to release this Saturday, February 27th at select Medicom doors.
