In which countries can I buy online?

Boom Bap Wear II Lda. offers its products anywhere in the world.

 

How to buy online?

Choose the section: “New Arrivals”, “Men”, “Women”, “Iconic“, “Shoes“, “Basic”, “Unisex” and “Accessories”. Select colour, size, and quantity and add the article to the basket. Next, you can choose between "Continue shopping" or "Show Cart". If you would like to process your order click on “Check out Now” and select a payment method: Paypal, Visa, AmericanExpress e MasterCard. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either login or registering as new member. When the system has completed the purchase process you will receive an email confirming your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Boom Bap Wear II, Lda. endeavors to ensure the following delivery periods: European Union Countries: between 2-5 business days. Rest of world: between 7-10 business days Please Note: Jewelry, between 10-15 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package.

 

How much do I pay for delivery service?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €123,00 to addresses within the European Union (EU) countries, for small orders or countries outside EU shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items purchased and the destination of the package.

 

Do I have to pay import taxes?

You won't have to pay Customs Duty if you're ordering from the EU. Customs Duty is only payable on goods from outside the EU over a certain value. For the information of import tax / duties policy, please contact the custom of your country.

 

Are the online store prices the same as those in my usual Boom Bap Wear store?

Prices of online store and flagship stores are the same. The sales period and prices will coincide both on the website and in the regular stores. However, Boom Bap Wear II, Lda.reserves the right to modify without notice the price of some items on special promotional campaigns for short term, either online or street shops. If an article is sold out we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no stock we will remove it from the website.

 

How do I use a promotional code?

To use a promo code, enter the code at checkout in the box labeled "Promotional Code" and click "Save” and the promotional code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in the total final invoice. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction and require you to register at our website.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. If you are registered member you can see the status of your order in the "my orders" section in "my account". If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

 

Change or cancel my order?
