The present Sales General Conditions govern the relations between the company " Boom Bap Wear II, Lda. ", owner of the sales online site " www.boombapwear.com " and every client within the framework of a system of remote sale. Consequently, any order implies the membership on these General Conditions of Sale.
On the Internet: " www.boombapwear.com ",the contractual information is presented in English language and will be the object of a confirmation resuming this contractual information at the latest at the time of the delivery. The company " Boom Bap Wear II, Lda. " has the right to cancel any order with any client there would be a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
By ordering, the buyer declares to accept this one as well as the whole present General Conditions of Sale entirely and without reserve. The data registered by " www.boombapwear.com " establish the proof of all the transactions crossed by "www.boombapwear.com " and his customers.
The payment of purchases can be made by Credit Card VISA(in this case the transaction and the payment are completely secured in the standards security SSL), or Pay Pal. The Customer will receive systematically an e-mail of confirmation of his order with the confirmation of all the elements of the contract.
"Boom Bap Wear" makes a commitment to refund or exchange you products which don't correspond with the order of the customer (defective or not corresponding). Any complain (concerning products which don't correspond to the order, error of delivery, nonconformity of products.) has to be formulate by email the day of the delivery or at the latest in the two working days following the delivery. On any complaint, the customer will indicate the address and phone number, the number of the order, the references of the product and the motives for the complaint. Any complaint formulated outside this deadline cannot be accepted. " Boom Bap Wear " will proceed to the exchange or to the refund of one or several products. The return of products in case of error of product can be accepted only for the complete products, in their state of origin (packaging, label, article in good condition) with a copy of the invoice. The return of the product in case of imperfection or nonconformity can be accepted only for products in their state of origin (packaging, label). In case of imperfection or of nonconformity, the expenses of sending and of return will be refund to the customer. However, the amount of the expenses reimbursement of return cannot exceed 1,5 times the amount of the charged expenses of sending.
The buyer has a deadline of 15 days as from the reception to return the product which would not correspond him. No return will be accepted beyond this date. The expenses of sending and of return will be then at his expense. Only the price of one or several bought products will be refund. The present right of return can be accepted only for the complete products, in their state of origin (packaging, label, article in good condition) with a copy of the invoice. Incomplete, damaged returned articles, damaged or made dirty by the Customer are not taken back. "Boom Bap Wear" makes a commitment to refund the customer for the deadline lower or equal in 7 days after the reception of products by its care. The refund will be made by via Pay Pal or bank transfer sent in the name of the customer having placed the order and at the billing address.
The present contract is subjected to the Portuguese law. The language of the present contract is in English.
"Boom Bap Wear" makes a commitment not to reveal to other the information which communicates him the customer. These are confidential. They will be used by his internal services only for the treatment of the order and that to strengthen and personalize the communication and the offer of product reserved for the customers of "Boom Bap Wear", in particular by newsletters or mailing informing the customer of the last news or still the current promotions.
